The Imatec suit seems to be having minimal effect.

It looks like a desperation move to me. Two of Imatec's last 5 press releases read: "Imatec to sell off all its assets," and the next one is: "Imatec revokes decision to sell off all its assets." Their stock is trading below $1.

Even if Apple did copy Imatec's technology, which I seriously doubt, I don't think Apple even makes any money off Color Sync, so how could they owe Imatec $1.1B?

The Imatec suit seems to be having minimal effect. I may have been too quick to sell on news...out @ 27 7/16.

Imatec has a $2.7 million market cap. If, worse comes to worse, Apple lawyers see that there seems to be any substance to the suit, Apple will buy them out.
