I can't believe anyone would sell on this IMATEC suit. I can't imagine anyone really believing that a stock which traded at .125 cents in the last 12 months is a serious threat to AAPL. Anyone that says they want a jury trial is either one of two things. No doubt they a million or two earmarked for the three year process.

Here's a sure fire buy signal. My broker called before the market opening with this ominous news. He left 2 messages on my recorder. This is the best buy signal I know. The last time he had such ominous feelings was about US Air when it was $7.

LOL John

I don't think Apple even makes any money off Color Sync, so how could they owe Imatec $1.1B?

ColorSync is supposedly a very highly-regarded technology in the printing industry. No, Apple doesn't charge separately for it, but a service bureau will buy Macintoshes because of it.
