Michael,

You have the wrong Powertel (PTEL). The Powertel Hayton was involved with was (PTUSA). Two completely different companies. Check the PTUSA thread.

But beyond this, is there anything else that people reading this thread know about Hayton?

If you really want to know what Hayton is all about you should read:

- sec.gov

This is the oldest 10K on edgar for Quadrax Corp of RI no less. It describes the aftermath of prying Hayton from the board. A Mr. Palermo takes his place. What current stockholders think of Mr. Palermo? Here is one: Message 3628599. It goes on from there...

- sec.gov

This is an 8-K describing how Apogee Robotics are filing for Chapter 11 protection. Notice how Conagher & Co. Turns up? I haven't pursued this to any greater extent but there are a few case numbers to chase for the diligent...

- Subject 7166

The Nevada Energy/PowerTel USA thread. The Edgar database provides some faint traces of Waterford and Golden Chance. I assume the court documents are the way to go here...

I'm sure there is more out there but this is all I have at such short notice. With all this smoke you have to admit there is at least a big f****ng likelihood of fire. No?

I don't think that there are many here that actually thinks that Hayton is good news. Actually I am sure most think he is the opposite - bad news. And now it is stated again, in binding documents that Hayton is in full control of SIM which is only partly owned by Zulu... It stands to reason that Hayton is in the drivers seat there too.

If anyone has any more pointers to Hayton related activities I'd be most grateful if you posted them.

[Funny, 'Hayton' turns red in the SI spell checker. A sign? Nawww... :) ]
