George, I'm not convinced that only earnings will do the trick. I meant having earnings will definitely help out a ton, but I also think that a HUGE buyback, with say the proceeds of the SMTK stock, couldn't hurt too much. The proceeds from the SMTK stock could buy back MANY shares and establish a base until earnings really start rolling in. IMO, unless there is an absolutely wonderful acquistion candidate to spend the money on, I suggest taking this route. Any critiques? Grant
