You have to understand Mark, that God is not sitting in heaven saying " well, this way or that way today?"" and He has ALREADY chosen the rehabilitating path of love and compassion for us, by becoming man,by going to the cross, by conquering death. Our choice is to accept Christ or reject Him. Now He has to change His justness and His righteousness because of "mans" idea of compassion? Is there no cost to be a Christian?? If not why would Jesus bother to say " If anyone would come after me, he must deny himself and take up his cross and follow me..." He did NOT say and " oh by the way if you choose not to follow don't worry about it everything's okey dokey...... dcf

Mark, To me even if this were to happen we are totally powerless and ranting as they do about sure doesn't help things. Why can't everbody just get along. Leave the judgeing to our loving and awesome God who provided the Lamb and is just when the hearts of men in comparison to Him are desperately wicked. They have to make sure they have eternal life by showing everyone else they have the answers. All I say is that by accepting Yeshua as the sacrfice and atonement is a guarantee for eternal life but God wants more for us than that. He wants to know us and walk with us as He did with Adam in the Garden. Do you feel motivated to follow them in fear of Hell? That answers it all to me. I am very tired of this endless tail chasing and ridiculous arguements. I hope you will continue un your peace and know Yeshua for who He truely is, Nancy
