Asshole Wexler caught lying again.

After dozens of posts claiming that Zonagen's patent was false, fraudulent, misleading, unfounded, etc. the US Patent Office today granted Zonagen the patent for Vasomax.

Fred Lowrey was an EMPLOYEE of Zonagen - here's a summary.

United States Patent
5,731,339
Lowrey
Mar. 24, 1998

Methods and formulations for modulating the human sexual response
Inventors:
Lowrey; Fred (Lincoln, NE).
Assignee:
Zonagen, Inc. (The Woodlands, TX).
Appl. No.:
431,145
Filed:
Apr. 28, 1995

I'm sure Bill will deny and/or obfuscate these facts - he's a very sick man - pathological liar.

Re: ZONA patent

I tried to look up the patent number provided on the ZONA thread using the IBM Patent Server but it was not listed. The press release says that the patent was issued on March 24 and the Patent Server is only updated to March 17. If there is a more current source, someone let us know. I'd like to read the original filing and not the company press release considering the BS they spread around about their other patent (the Zorgniotti patent).
