Well I'll be switched. I sure blew by that! Or maybe it's a touch of "old-timers disease"! Thanks! I've worked three-way agreements, and boy are they time-consuming. They must have gathered around a table and just stuck to it until they had something. 'Course letters of intent are a little easier than the actual contracts. In any case, aren't we having fun? I remain optimistic, though poorer for the moment. Oh yeh, and thanks for the continuing contributions to a focused dialog on this thread. I appreciate that. - JimA

TO: ALL CVIA THREAD PARTICIPANTS! I have to head out on an appointment , but I am in the process of completing some further DD on the CVIA Scenario. From the best that I can tell the June opinions that have recently been expressed by some on this and other threads is from what I am starting to find out is " NOT ACCURATE".... Once I have more details , in a few hours (that's my estimation!)-- I will share them on this thread. This is just my own opinion, but I do not plan on being scared out of my CVIA Share holdings based on the June News Rumours! ( In my opinion!) Hopefully I will be able to put those rumours to rest, once I get back from my appointments! Patience Everyone! ( Just my own opinion!). Best Regards, Wayne J.

TO: ALL CVIA THREAD PARTICIPANTS!!!!! As promised in an earlier posting, I have focused my efforts in doing further DD on CVIA and here are my findings from today. I communicated with CVIA today and Jack Arnold said I could quote the following: ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- " The merger agreement is nearly complete. I have sent CVI's final revision requests to WOTD. I am now awaiting their response on a few minor matters. Please let everyone know we appreciate their patience, and that I believe we are inside 10 business days for completion of the agreement ( allowing time for legal language particulars). I will be very relieved when this process is finished as I have given up far more of my life then I had anticipated. I do feel this is the best opportunity available to take CVIA from it's current " no-asset" status to a company with true long-term potential. When this merger is signed, CVIA shareholders will finally have actual assets ( the first acquisition) and value in their shares. Also, the growth potential of WOTD looks to be great. Thanks again to everyone for bearing with us in this process." ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ I will not comment on Jack's quotable comments! As part of my DD and research efforts I have been able to secure and share his feedback, and have provided it on this posting for my fellow CVIA Followers, for all to come to their own conclusions.
