Wayne, Thanks for the DD with Dr. Jack. I'm sure that all of us will agree that you have gone above & beyond the call of duty. We all also need to remember that there are a lot of lawyers who are dealing back and fourth. Lawyers are paid to be methodical and their work error proof. I thought that we would of heard by yesterday or today, but that's what I get for thinking. It also is a good sign that Dr. Jack's time frame has begun to shrink. No longer are we being told 14 days. I take that as a GREAT SIGN!! It's GREAT to hear that others are going to hold their shares to the end, rather than sell. I would rather paste worthless shares on my office wall than sell 'cause i'm scared. Just think how much you could do with 'em. but, since these shares are going to secure most of our futures, we will never know!!! Keep the faith my fellow investors!! Opey

Wayne, Sincere thanks to you. Also, same to Jack Arnold, who seems very sincere and serious about answering your questions for us. He, I think, is more patient with the length of time the devil in the details seems to be taking than I know I would have the virtue to be. Also, from your posts, he certainly seems to be most professional and even-keeled under the stress of the moment with the merger and also many asking him questions on news. (Don't mean to imply we shouldn't by the way). I've seen other cos., even Blue Chippers whose execs just blew off repeated questions from anxious shareholders. Hope all goes well for him and for us in this deal. Meanwhile, nice job, Wayne. Thanks, agn. Best... Ron

TO ALL.. I like this CVIA stock.. But my broker is, I believe SCREWING ME AROUND.. I placed an order for 1000 shares of ADGI for .045.. Commission was $11.. I can accept this.. I placed order for CVIA 4000 shares @ .0139 (which was filled).. Commision & "other fees" were $22.. Is this SOP for brokers? It would be #$%#$% nice to know what you actually pay for a stock.. Broker's name available on request!!! Responses will be appreciated.. BTW.. Have decided to not subscribe to this SI.. Too many free boards out there.. Email me for a list thereof.
