Jim,

Actually Ibexx was the greatest proponent of this stock, and rightly so. He convinced me to jump in (along with some consultation with the IS people at my company who confirmed what Ibexx was saying). He feels that the NYSE listing will attract a lot more interest in this stock, and I think that is right. It's kind of hard being able to see the ADR price only twice a day, but it has been a steady march upward the last number of months.

Also, SAP seems to be growing faster than ORCL, for instance.

So, all in all, it seems a good bet.

I'm sure Ibexx would have been much more eloquent than I have been with this posting.

Regards,

TCG

I think the August NYSE listing will boost SAPHY stock considerably, but i wonder if they will list the stock at $140+/share, or will split the stock to make the share price more 'affordable' prior to the NYSE listing.

German companies tend not to split the stock to decrease share prices, but going onto the NYSE is a big step toward US domestication of this stock. Opinions?
