There is some information at WWW.SAP.COM about the NYSE listing and the split. Does anyone know if this is a hot stock in Germany? Although this company is new news in the US it has to be old news in Europe. Any thoughts on the short and long term prospects? I held PSFT for two weeks in early March--made 25%, got cold feat--and sold it for SAPHY. I got the money from my fiance who is an SAP programmer so I thought it was the right thing to do. Happy returns.

In reading yesterdays news, it looks as if they will split the shares 4:1. Currently 4 ADRS for 1 preferred share to 12 ADRs for 1 preferred share when they move to the NYSE. Hence a 4:1 split.
