Hi PA, The WP deal is close but isn't done or we would see a press release. I hope it is but it isn't a stock breaker if it isn't as long as replacement parts are already lined up(G). I NEVER put a deal up that the ink isn't dry on because it always comes back to byte me(G). Final negotiations are always tricky and with our price in the tank, I'm sure WP is playing hardball.....I'd be disappointed if they weren't but I know Joe can handle the situation as he has in the past. I remember another company 1.5 years ago that looked great.....started playing hardball and got shelved by Joe. Turned out to be a great decision...... Do I hope it gets finalized? No kidding. Will I sell if it doesn't? No reason for that IMO......take care... Lou
