put a deal up that the ink isn't dry on because it always comes

I had understood that the Wp deal had been signed, but as you said if the deal were finished then we would see a press release so my statement that the deal was signed must have either been in error or something has changed. Either way I apologize to all for any confusion my statement might have caused and in the future will learn to "wait until the ink has dried" to discuss any new deals.

As you said, if WP does not go through Joe will replace it with another. IMO he will not complete any deal if it does not meet his requirements. When you are dealing with a private company things never are what they seem to be as any accountant will agree. Joe released the announcement about WorldPass against his better judgement. News was leaking out so he felt something should be said publicly. As you said, Joe will do it right or not at all.
