Chucka, You got your indicators, then you got a strategic view, then you got a tactical view. With all these tools, I would be interested in your honest view of the markets as they stand today in a broad strategic view, then in a more specific tactical view. Let me set the scenario for you. Stock market is very high. Bond market is also high. Precious metals are on balance very low. Commodities on balance are very low. A little ripple in the commodities fabric has happened, and that is energies were at historic lows, but recently broke sharply. A person of your perception must certainly understand these relationships and how one market relates to the other. With that said, I wish to hear your views here? You and I have differed and agreed on many things. You helped me when I had no internet connection, and believe me, I do not forget such things. you and I have disagreed sharply, yet you were willing to be the first to come to my aid in distress. I shall never forget that and here, perhaps I may be of service to you. This is not a test, but an attempt to help you, sincerely! One of the things that I love about the markets is that there is always change and if there were no change, then there would be no markets. Change is the driver of the markets. The successful investor is the one on the right side of the change. Markets go up and down in many different time frames. One could apply that to real estate, or to any market. If one seeks to know the market, he must view it from different time frames and know the major and minor trends in that market. Careers have been made and lost in discerning those trends. Fortunes have been made and lost on these points. Ships have been sunk by captains who did not understand the situation and the sea. Ships who would otherwise been sunk have been saved by captains who were in tune with the situation and the sea!! I am no sailor, but I wish to sail with the latter captain, if you will!
