Prediction: WNP buys the entire company (CellularVision) to complete their NY market A band spectrum. This is their business plan, A band spectrum in top markets. They own the non PMSA A-band in NY and it would be difficult, expensive and wasteful to advertise their service in the NY media without having the center of the media geographical area. CellularVision is in no position to accomplish the build out and marketing equal to what a national company with a highly experienced management team can accomplish. WNP gets the operations center they will need for NY and maybe other markets also. WNP can pay with cash, they have heavy $ backing or they can go public and pay with stock. CVUS management has control and can make the deal go through. They need an out and this works. This prediction is not based on any inside information or any rumors or anything other than observation and speculation on my part. This should be announced soon if I am not out to lunch. Price? Probably 7 - 10 per share, just guessing.
