Hey Big Dog, you know that i like you and pat you on the head and scratch you on the belly every chance i get... but UHCP is not at all what i would call an investment grade company:

I can't find any SEC filings from them
and the Wall Street Urinal has no record of their earnings since 6/30/95 (and they were losing money big time back then).

That's two red flags and the scam warning wistles are blowing. Do you have anything other than a company press release on Yahoo?
