Insider Sales

Seems to me that the number of shares being sold by insiders is not as important as the % of shares being sold. Most of us would not want to have all our eggs in one basket, so why expect company officials to do otherwise?

Some diversification is always advised and warranted. I would be interested in knowing the total number of shares owned and the percentage being sold. If the percentage of the stock being sold is any where near reasonable I would not be concerned.

What is reasonable will vary from person to person. There can be no set standard. Some execs are paid in stock and need to diversify. Others are already diversified and need not sell stock. It is an individual thing
