Looking good for Carmelita!

If it was me being associated with that distasteful scandal
that I won't even bother to mention, I would definitely be looking into
a lawsuit against Stockwatch.

There is no reason in my opinion to show any association.

Go Carmelita.

How do you calculate the $7.00 per share? The news release didn't come right out and say it in plain english so I'd like to hear your thinking.

Matt

ps: I'll jump up and down if it is $7 since i"m in at about $1 - back when I thought _that_ was a great price!
