Hey Cap, I've been reading this thread for about 6 months or so. It appears that you seem to be pretty much "in the know" about what is going on with PTSC. I think you mentioned that you have a friend that works there or something like that. Anyway, the question is... what "IS" going on with PTSC??? An associate of mine is at the Java One conference and said that PTSC is there with this baby booth and showing a pretty lame looking demo that is housed in a plexi-glass box. Nothing glitzy, nothing high-tech, nothing that any of us couldn't construct in our garage. Now I realize that the demo is just to show the P1K chip in action, but please. Perception is everything!! PTSC needs to present themselves as something other than a "here-today/gone-tomorrow" company. To make matters worse, my friend said that the traffic at the booth was ZIP. He even mentioned that "the skinny guy seemed desperate looking". Anyway, just wondering if you could share some opinions you may have about the "realistic expectations" of PTSC, perhaps from your friends point of view as well. Sorry to paint such an un-exciting picture from Java One for all of you on this thread but hey, i'm in this boat too!!! And like most of you.. i'm up to my knees in water because this boat is still stinking. (I mean sinking). Well... until a real press release comes along, I guess we can call Patriot the "Titanic Junior" Brian
