James & Everyone, Per our conversation I believe you already know why I haven't been able to keep up with the board or my E-Mail group of 200+. Let me relate a few things to you and the rest of the gang. Certain things will be reserved for my E-Mail group as I feel that I owe that to them for their long time support. I spoke with Mr. Murphy last night on the way to the airport. He called me from his cell phone and wanted to let everyone know that he has not been able to respond on SI due to an overwhelming amount of work that is going on in the last few days. Many of his officers are in various countries as I type. I am going to make this very short and brief. DCI's presence in California is two-fold. Meeting with institutional holders as well as a meeting to close another acquisition. 5 more to come. 3 Suitors have already made offers for the company but Joe feels he will add a hell of a lot more value in the short term. They are on a roll-up right now for the eventual sale which will come no later than 6 months from now. Could be 1/2 that time but things would have to go as scheduled and last minute "stuff" tends to drag it out. Much more details will come this evening by E-Mail. "Grupo Brad"
