Grupo-- Make sure I understand the communication of information that is occuring in that last post. Do I understand that you received information from Joe Murphy directly last night and that he asked you to communicate it to the "gang". You have given out some of his information on this medium and some of the information you have reserved for a select group of 200 people on your E-mail list which you state will be sent tonight (after the market closes). Excuse me if I have misunderstood that post, and I appreciate all the info that is provided by you and others on this thread. Could you please clarrify the statement. I don't believe Joe, nor his legal counsel nor the SEC would approve of information from a corporate officer being communicated to any group selectively. Thanks

With all due respect to your relationship with Joe M, isn't this statement going way out on a limb. It appears that you are speaking with TOTAL CERTAINTY as if it had already happened. No one knows anything for certain until it happens.

Brad, Thanks for the update. I do however wonder if it is wise for us to discuss the sale of the company. If we have suitors interested in DCI, feedback from shareholders could give information to those parties that would not be in our best interest. When you are playing poker, it's best not to show your hand IMO. We all know that Joe has certain target prices and time frames that he would like to accomplish all of this, and personally I give him a fair chance of pulling it off. Having said that however, it's obvious that some things are not and never will be totally under Joe Murphy's control, so the way I see it we will end up with the best deal he can make, when he can make it and who knows just how much the deal will bring us, or just when it will happen.
