Brad/James,

I'm very long here too, but after a couple of years I'm starting to wonder about the old saying; everything in moderation (or don't get too greedy 10+). I have many times set my target sell prices too high and paid dearly. I hear my subconscious tell me, if something sounds too good to be true, it usually is (a 5+bagger from here). I unfortunately averaged up last time we headed toward 4+.

Not saying this is dead money or that this is a burning match (last one holding gets burned). I do believe in management, however I seriously wonder about the 3 suitors and their 7+ offers? And why we don't hear about a board meeting (vote ect...). Does Joe hold that many shares? Are these firm offers? Perhaps Joe should consider revisiting the 10 target? 7+ looks down right delicious, given our current retrace back below 2. I believe europe & SA is going to get real competitive fast (Qwest DGIV). Further, VOIP and fax over IP is getting real competitive. If we wait 6 months we might not get 6 bucks if the suitors find eyes for others?

< < <Brad, Thanks for the update. I do however wonder if it is wise for us to discuss the sale of the company. If we have suitors interested in DCI, feedback from shareholders could give information to those parties that would not be in our best interest.>>>

JAH

What are you talking about. The sale of the company is what DCI is all about. What we talk about on this thread will make no difference what so ever. What feedback do you or I or anybody on this thread have that is so private that Joe would not share with a potential suitor?? You are correct about one thing, we will end up with the best deal Joe can make and it will be this year. As far as Joe showing his hand, we have not seen but one card of it, but you can believe the suitors have seen at least three. As you said, we do not know what the end result will be but IMO it will be extremely close to $10.00.

Best regards
