Joe,

"What are you talking about. The sale of the company is what DCI is all about. What we
talk about on this thread will make no difference what so ever. What feedback do you
or I or anybody on this thread have that is so private that Joe would not share with a
potential suitor??"

I guess I am talking about the same reason we go into a QP when an important deal is being hashed out. I don't have any issue with investors being told about how DCI is being built through M/A's towards an eventual sale, that is fundamental and a crucial piece to understanding the potential here. I am however going to have to stick to my guns here concerning discussing the details of actual negotiations to sell the company, I don't see the benefits and am concerned that the potential exists for something to end up being leaked that could compromise a potential deal. Perhaps the chance is slight of this happening, but I just don't see the benefits to justify the risk and would just prefer that we leave this in Joe's capable hands. One possible example of how we could unwittingly shot ourselves in the foot, might be by giving a suiter an idea of what the bottom price the shareholders of the company might be willing to sign off on.
