David J. McKittrick, GTW's CFO, filed a 144 on 3/27 for the sale of 50,000 shares.

Added to the 25,000 he filed to sell earlier, that's 75% of the stock he held at the time of the last 14A filing. Maybe it's just my own bearishness, but this seems like a level of selling that is hard to explain without concluding that he expects a lower stock price ahead. I guess we will find out in a couple weeks.
