Being investigated?!?!?! For what?!?!? Giving stock picks? I suspect the SEC will have their hands full of this is the case. Just think of it, everyone who gives stocks picks gets investigated. Geez, everyone at thestreet.com, the motely fool, most of us on SI, those of us to talk to family and friends, geez.... WE'RE ALL GOING TO THE POKEY!!! I would hate to end up Roger's bitch.

Roger--Who the hell do you think you are. We're all adults here and capable of making up our own minds on who we trust or distrust. Joe's stock picks are always given with the usual warning to do your own DD and invest at your own risk. Nobody is forcing us to make these decisions. People like you give me a major pain in the A**. You've way overstepped your bounds as far as I'm concerned. Jan
