What would you consider a big and new account for Verity? Was the Glaxo Wellcome (10K users initially, 30K possible) announcement the kind of deal you're looking for? I think your assessment of this quarter's challenge is quite correct, but I'm curious how these kinds of announcements drive investor perceptions. Verity has never been the kind of company that put out press releases intended to drive up the stock price and I never gave much thought to their influence in that respect -- we were focused on sales. But now I'm outside, looking in, sitting on a fair bit of stock, and trying to grasp the outsider's point of view. Nick
