that's why deep in the money is best when buying into strength. Cheap out of the moneys are only a good play IF you are convinced a reversal is immenent. The volatility factor really works in your favor once the reversal happens. Suddenly, what nobody wanted, everybody wants. happens all the time on SLB. The 90s(calls) are more than the 70s(puts) with the stock at 79.
