Big Dog, I don't know the facts either, but the downside in the scenario you paint is that they don't get the cash either. Most long-term leases are really purchases with built-in financing. If that's the case, then in essence MIND is being asked to carry the paper and that could (hypothetically, -- I don't know) cause cash flow problems. Another point to consider is the possibility of the failure to exercise purchase options could be behind the auditors' delay. Sometimes its very difficult to distinguish between a sale and an operating lease, and these distinctions could have major tax ramifications.

Regards,

Paul

Big Dog or anyone else out there thays smart-please help me-GLM made 48 cents last quarter. Luigis said on the conference call that he expected a 30% EPS growth in 1998. Just two weeks ago they said day rates are going up!-utilization close to 100%. In spite of this first call estimates are for 40 cents this quarter! What am I missing?

PS: Ron, the less cluttered fundamentals look great. Hardly took me anytime to get to where I wanted on your site. Much improved. Thanks again.
