You seem to forget the "talking points" memo which Monica gave Linda Tripp. I'm not a lawyer but even I could convict Monica of obstruction of justice and suborning perjury since they have her own voice on tape and the actual document.

I'm sure glad you're here Janice or this would be one boring thread.

Who also is the target of an obstruction of justice case.....Guess poor Monica shoulda realized when you run with the dogs you're gonna come up with fleas.....Look, she with the help of her ubiqitous, bumbling attorney, totally BLEW it....She had a chance for immunity, all she had to do was go in, answer the relevant questions, go home, and get back to her boinking. Instead, I presume upon the advice of her attorney, she decides to play hard ball, and, um, frankly I don't think she's ready for the majors.....
