This is a misconception by many in the industry
I respect your opinion. If you have time, spend some time at the following web site x86.org to see if Intel's business practice is fair and decent. Remember the Pentium bug cover-up. OEM motherboard conspiracy and CPU overclocking. Too many to mention. I still remember how badly Mr. Softie wanted to swallow Quicken because nobody wants his Money if not being stopped by the Justice Dept. I will try to find time and find an equivalent site to show what really happens to Netscape Communications.

Gary, Microsoft is. Intel isn't. Its why I LOVE MSFT, and only mildly like INTC.

Microsoft constantly talks about lowering the cost of computing but when was the last time Win95 sold at less than $95. Plainly put MSFT simply has no competition in the OS area and very, very little in the Office area. WS ain't dumb. Company growing 20-25%, PE equals 50, hummmmmm. Gotta own em.
