Exactly Dick,

To show up in the last month, with his attitude, after all the loyal users with their monetary dues and feedback helped improve the system
to the point of what it is today.....proves that his head is much larger than his brain requires in space. That "thanks" is still in line with corporate policy so far.....so I am sure he will fit right in.

Please don't misunderstand me. You should see my rants at other services and brokers, many of which are terrible.

My point wasn't to imply that the problems are all in the users camp, only to help those who might not be able to resolve issues that aren't emanating from NAQ.

They can tell you I was a screaming idiot the first week I got the service, until I found the problem was on my end. So yes, when the shoe was on the other foot (I thought) I was no different than you. And no, not on the payroll. I'll be the first to yell like a banshee if things go bad for me.

My other point was that if I'm getting very good, reliable service, then the multitude of problems reported that aren't owned up to by the tech support guys must be in another domain, i.e., regional internet anomalies, or the other variables I mentioned, which include individual users' systems.

I can tell you I have felt the same way as you when all of my friends were getting excellent service from vendors , while I was wondering why I was having so many problems with the same vendors.

Please don't attack the messenger. I only responded to offer some insight. I don't pretend to have all the answers. Only some possible areas to explore. And your point about the internet is right on. That's the weakest link in the equation, as I tried to put forth.
