What's positive here is the slow steady climb. The stock is building a solid base, positioning itself for further upside as evidence of a success transition of ORCL sales & marketing takes hold. IMHO, some of the bigger money has been accumulating the stock in advance of analyst upgrades which have not been as immediate & numerous as investors had first hoped. I think a few key analyst upgrades, by ML or Goldman for example, will give the stock the pop that others on the thread are predicting. I guess these "market movers" are waiting for some additional evidence of the success of the transition. Hopefully, ORCL managment will soon provide this end of The Street the catalyst that they're looking for. JMO.
