John-- The question about SEC filings has nagged us longs for months now. First it was going to happen in Decenber, then January. Now, it's "What does it matter, we need a $4 stock price to get listed anyway." (That's a quote from Mike Millis, CSMA's IR guy). I was told that due to an ongoing legal wrangle with CSMA's former CFO, their lawyers have advised CSMA to hold off on filing their Form 10. The CFO was heavily involved in setting up the CSMA reverse merger two years ago, and they need to make sure their "ducks are in a row." And a base around 3/4 to 80&3162 is far better then a week ago, so I'll take it! Cheers! Rick
