FINALLY YOU ARE BEING NEGATIVE, BUT ACTUALLY BACKING IT UP WITH AN EXPLANATION. thanks for your input , it's definitely a valid concern. it all comes down to having faith in management...by the way who are they and what are their past successes? how much experience do they have in the gaming industry? last time i checked don ross was not in the gambling business (well not directly.. a penny stock promoter). maybe they can pull this thing off, but at this point , until you here some figures as to how much $$$ and what the marketing plan is, you might as well go to the cryp sight and play blackjack.

Billy bob .. I thought the aquisitoin of sports book was the road to a
ready made clientele of 70,000 users. Was this not the point for buying
Sports book ??

FLYING DISC ENTERTAINMENT INC ("FDCD-Z")

- Enters Letter Of Intent To Acquire Shares of The Sports Book Inc.

Flying Disc Entertainment Inc. is pleased to announce that it has
entered into a letter of intent to acquire 76 percent of the issued and
outstanding shares of The Sports Book Inc.

The Sports Book Inc. currently supplies information on all national and
international sporting events as well as coverage of all major
racetracks. It provides over 70,000 registered users the ability to
place bets by telephone.

Flying Disc will be providing software to automate the processes of The
Sports Book. and will also provide credit and debit card processing
services to its existing clientele. The consideration for the
acquisition is $1.2 million CDN. This will be satisfied by a combination
of $400,000.00 in Cash and 5.5 million common shares.

"Flying Disc is looking forward to providing additional products to the
existing registered user base" says Don Ross.

The International Wagering and Gaming Business News estimates the market
for online gaming to reach $25 million USD by the Year 2000.

There are currently 17,183,918 shares issued and outstanding. At the
completion of this transaction there will be 22,733,918 issued and
outstanding, and a detailed press release will be issued which will
include a synopsis of the business strategy of The Sports Book.
