Ed, you were right about the $.35 stock 2 + yrs ago. I bought at .37 on Dec 1 1995. At that time Jensen told me that canadian brokers were shorting the stock and he was sending a letter to the SEC complaining about their tactics. Could this be happening again?

Ed: Since you are pretty close to the market makers, etc., can you
explain what will happen next month to companies on the BB that are not fully reporting? Will GPGI be one of the victims? Will we see declining prices because of that event. What is the date for that (I forget)?
Thanks,
Lee

Ed, while GPGI has made (hopefully, since we do not yet have visibility) great advances, the low prices you cited for two years ago could revisit us. Remember that in those two years most of the activities of the company were financed by selling stock. I have no idea how much new stock is floating nor what is the monthly burn rate of GPGI (a transparent reporting on quarterly basis would be helpful). If we have twice as many shares as two years ago (and I do not know if this is a correct number by any means), then even at those prices, the market still recognizes the advances by setting a capitalization twice as big at the same prices and 6 times as large at the current prices.

I think that we should tell folks about such as the Oro Grande, the Weaver Creek Properties and the Hassy Ore Pile; that is THREE CLAIM properties that are the FUTURE of this company. I just finished reading over at another of my favorites about there 4 JVs that they arranged in the time since DEC 1997, at Jabaf /JBA:ase, and they have others on line! They have gone UP because of these JVs FIVE fold since december 1997. That can and WILL happen here, jmho. So, I might scrape the comments I had from Dennis De Noble last week, but I will not. He said nothing in confidence atall, but he showed and I want to tell you an interest in Ariel Photos I found near, at / by Weaver and the Oro Grande, he simply said he would talk to Sonny LaMonte to excactly see where the landmarks are! Thew phots were not Plane taken and with his experience there, and not from Satelites from much higher up, it did demonstrate a prudent answer. That is talk with the guys who know exactly, good time, form, and function management ..indeed!
