I too am getting very irritated by the service of Waterhouse. I placed a stop buy on an order a couple of minutes before the market today and it had to go to a Waterhouse Rep for approval...and by the time it got approved it was too late...Price skyrocketed..missed my price...I was pissed off.... Way too my customers coming into waterhouse for them to handle...But, this has been a major problem for all of the online brokers....way too many customers...you go to Datek, ETrade, Ameritrade, Suretrade, TradingDirect, WebstreetSecurities, Discover and all of them have some areas of poor service...Daytrading and short term buying is the next generation of investing...especially in this volatile market where you can make thousands of dollars in a matter of hours or a few days.... I am considering moving my money into Datek and giving them a try...I like the fast execution they have, but have heard many horror stories....Tried Suretrade...won't go back to them...very sorry company...Ameritrade just stinks, Etrade done that.... Wk
