I think everybody is experiencing a good bit of frustration with the speed of WebBroker. From what I see on a number of other message boards they are far from the worst however. I must say that the service I have received from my local office has been outstanding. I always get prompt service when I call and always get the online price when I tell them WebBroker won't respond. I will however be moving my options trading to Dreyfus shortly. I have good reports on them for options and the trades are half the price. I'll leave my IRA and long term positions with Waterhouse as I still think they offer the best overall package of services for the money. rc
