I have a general question regarding buy limits.

Are there certain stocks that I can't place buy limits on? If so,
how would I know which ones?

Re: Webbroker Service

I think everybody is experiencing a good bit of frustration with the speed of WebBroker.

What's particularly irksome is that the new Javascript-based screens were supposed to take care of some of the response time issues. Given that I lost my "clean" screens on servers 5 & 6, and got the oversized-font-color-scheme-from-a-drum-majorette interface (this is better?), I'm not impressed with the "enhancements."

A little sympathy for the devil: first, yeah, it can get much worse than Waterhouse. Second, it is possible that the Javascript did buy them some bandwidth or processing, but it's been overwhelmed by new customer load.

Wish someone would just build a nice little Java thing to handle all this (I am available, but I don't have time for speculative development right now). Would like to try DLJ, but I can never get their software to download and work. I like the concept, though.
