John, I can assure you that there is no returned goods policy here. The only way this could happen is if contingent contracts were getting booked which we know they aren't. Or.....if side letters were being written which I am also sure has not happened. Though this(side letters) has happened in other more non-ethical companies which were struggling to make their numbers. A good example of this is Platinum Software back in the 94 time frame. They never recovered.
