Don't trust those insider reports when it comes to the total shares remaining. Speaking from first hand experience, they are usually incorrect.

In this case they are also incorrect. The guy who is at 0 remaining still ownes over 5% of the company. Check the IPO perspectus for the details.

Keep in mind RMBS is a 7 year old company. I wouldn't fault an exect for selling chunks of stock.

Doug, anyone, please comment ...

RMBS has not seen $39 on a close since mid-June! And that was during its hasty runup from 30.375 to 51, settling around 46.5. $39 is virgin territory ... no support until $30.375. I can't see the price to begin with, but now that we have it, we have to deal with it! Could go straight down to low 30's ... could bounce straight up again ... looking for the comments of yourself and those on this thread as to where we head.

Considering purchasing a straddle! April 40/40! Very interesting price we are playing with here ... please register your outlook, even if only a guess for the short-term.

Doug, all.....does anybody think that there might be a correlation between the announced resignation of Andy Grove from his position at Intel and the selling of of RMBS? bp
