There was a report on the Yahoo! news web-site that Excel had reached an agreement with Pennsylvania State Attorney General's office concerning "slamming" charges made by Excel's reps in that state. Also under the agreement, Excel will discontinue it's network marketing program in that state and pay will the fines. I checked several web-sites, including The State Attorney General's and I find there was no mention of that story. Also, I called Excel's rep services to see what they know about the story and said, they haven't heard about it either. What is going on here? It seems to me there's an hidden agenda in the works against Excel and if so, I do feel sorry that person(s)who leaked out this story that may turn out to be false.
