If any of you have access to the new Microsoft Investor, check out insider transactions; it's hysterical. I wouldn't be surprised if Microsoft eliminated this query feature in the near future. In the past year, there are about 50 insider sales, and exactly 1 buy. Paul Allen has dumped over $2 billion of MSFT stock since 4/97. Yes, there are lots of reasons for insiders to sell. But one of them is NOT because they think the stock is undervalued.
