Dear Truth: Well, to tell you the truth, 1) Attorneys I know dont take contingency cases unless they think they have a damn good chance of winning or settling out of court for a handsome sum 2) ALYD may have an indemnity agreement from Bob but what is that worth? Does bob have any assets to back that up? So I do take this suit as something to be concerned about. If it was totally without merit I would have to presume that it would be thrown out of court. JDN ps: I am a long term long in this stock.
