Keep dreaming about attorneys not suing under a contingency basis unless they are assured of a big return.
The actual costs to an attorney of filing are small. A great many suits will be settled to make them go away. And co-incidentally the suing attorney will get a portion of the settlement.
Sue 10 times cost $500/time
Settelment $10,000 to go away
Lawyer gets a cool 1/3 * 10000 * 10 = 33,000
Lawyer actual costs = 10 * 500 = 5000
Nice business if you can get it!!!!!!!!
