FWIW there was much discussion/research about this a few hundred posts ago ( and I would suggest rereading or reading this entire thread if any newbie has not done so...will be time well spent) These are restricted shares over the years that have been sold...until a share has DAN MENDEZ name on it I would not be worrying. Again these issue have been addressed and answered sufficiently in prior posts. If you are not satisfied with that, call Dan and ask him...he'll be glad to tell you about these as he has me and others. Read the posts first though as a courtesy to Dan. Good day to all. (Got to get back to work)

James,

This is old news! It was an employee who had FREE shares and it not a drop in the bucket. Go read my post to Carol.

Refer to web site for other information.

James, Post # 45 states a float of 12 million, Dusty SHOULD know, maybe he'll post that for us. I have heard that the # of outstanding shares is a whopping 80 million or more, I don't know.

This was also a concern of mine when considering to become LONG on LGOV instead of selling on a nice run up. I need a LOT more information that I can pen down as being FACT before I would commit to HOLDING Largo. I am very hopeful that LGOV will go ahead and RELEASE these GREAT numbers which were to come last July.

I've been in & out of LGOV several times and always did fine. The last time I was in LGOV, it was because Jeff Coombs had tipped me that LGOV was to produce some GREAT #'s. That was around May of 97 and Mr. Mendez had told Jeff that he expected those #'s to be released by July 1st 97. I Held on and then two sell orders hit at once totaling about 700,000 shares and dropped LGOV like a rock from .14 cents down to (I think I remember correct) .08 cents. I know I bought a bunch which averaged me at .11 cents, when LGOV went back up a bit I unloaded mine. From that time on, LGOV has been trading from .07 to .12.

I can easly SEE the POTENTIAL here and would very much like to have enough FACTS which would make me HOLD. Right now all I have is a few cents profit, so of course I would like to see enough investor interest in LGOV to create a stock price two or three times higher than current. THEN I wouldn't mind holding on UNLESS it started to repeat the past trading history, in which case I would be forced to TAKE my profits. I've been in these kind enough times to JUST EXACTLY what IS the WISE action to take.

I want Dusty and every one of you folks including myself to be holding LGOV when/IF the stock is priced at $2 or more. If this is a REAL STORY and Largo produces the FACTS to prove it, THEN we will likely see that.

Dusty, don't get ill with me because I made these statements here. Like the FONR thread, there are objecting opinions, and LGOV is a LONG way from being the quility stock FONR is, even though BOTH stocks are selling near their low.

Regards,
Malcolm
