Can someone evaluate the implications for Cymer of INTEL's push out of the larger wafer facility, assuming it reflects an industry trend? Does it enhance the need to get more chips out of the smaller (current) wafer? If recent articles are correct regarding the lessening of demand for faster chips, is the need for increased efficiencies enough to justify the investment in Cymer laser powered fabs?

I am not suggesting a doomsday scenario, but I sense the dynamics driving the transition have changed or are changing. Any thoughts? TIA.
