DR, it's brilliant simplicity. That's the key for end users. The simpler the better for ordinary users. A friend of mine has dozen Ford dealerships. He's far from tech, but he has good size business to run. His problem is every time he upgrades or gets new system, learning curve is getting steeper every time. He is mad enough that he wants to pull web off. He wants universal program that his employees don't have to struggle so much: "Simple, simple, simple softwares, not shelfwares that we end up keeping them on the shelf - All we do is selling cars, nothing else." I hope all of you, smart software programmers can hear end users' needs, not what you think they need.
