This is INDEED remarkable NEWS!!! I think this baby is ready to FLY!! Very sharp move on Ira's part. ATXI is at 3 1/2 Divide that by 4 and each FAMH share today should be at least 87.5›!! And that's just today! Looks GRRRRRREAT to Me!! Best wishes, Brad

It's ok if the price of ATXI goes up... it will be our price when the deal is done! ;-) This is way cool. A brilliant move by Ira too to have ATXI acquire FAMH instead of the other way around since this gets up to the same place but bypasses some of the possible snags with needing to get reapproved for a listing!!! Ira, you're DA MAN! :-)
