My stockbroker called this a "sneaky but good move". Analyst called it an agressive and brilliant move. Yet, I am now totally cornfused after reading all of these posts.
I agree with John Fairbanks that we want ATXI to move up, not down to $1.00 like some of you have posted. Also Fairbanks mentioned ATXI buying FAMH instead of the other way around, and I agree I liked that part of it too.
Forest Gump wants to know why 4:1 split was not mentioned. No specifics were mentioned but we already know what they are as previously press released by FAMH. I informed my stockbroker of this specific (4:1 reverse merger)and he saw nothing wrong with it.
Dusty Vestal is worried about Reverse Split. I have never seen any RS involve a second company; it's usually in-house and yes that is always a bummer for shareholders, but this situation is different.
ATXI denies signing letter of intent. Press release says it has been done and ink is drying. I have nothing to say about that except no merger ever goes smooothly. The fact is trading was halted before news release which makes me think it has in fact been signed. Why is AXTI denying this now? Perhaps someone can enlighten me.
I say Go ATXI and FAMH. The higher the price, the better.
