JAH,

I would suspect Joe will be posting sometime the first of the week giving us the details of his LA trip. We just finished a short phone conversation as he is about ready to fly home. He said his meetings went very well and he asked me to post a few things that were accomplished. I will keep them brief and let him give everyone the pertinent details in his posts and the newsletter. By the way, the newsletter and press releases will go out next week, period no more delays. He is glad he postponed it several weeks as he can now include the events of the last several days.

He is working with an investment banking firm by the name of Houlihan,Lokey,Howard and Zuken. I probably misspelled one or two of the names. This firm brought him 4 companies, 3 of which papers were signed today. The 4th will probably come on board but a little more time is needed by both sides. So there is no misunderstanding we are talking letters of intent and definitive agreements. Joe gave me a lot information very fast but I believe the total revenue from the 4 companies is $50 million per year. The IB firm has several more companies already in the pipeline that Joe will be meeting with over the next several weeks. Joe said the IB firm will bring him enough companies to generate the $100 million he needs to sell the company. This does not include WorldPass. They will also bring institutional money to the table which will be used to fund the acquisitions. This will reduce the amount of new stock that will have to be issued. The collateral for the money will be Muller Media's film library. Evidently, the films DCI own are worth a lot more than what most of us thought. I do know they own the rights to the new Godzilla movie that is coming out shortly. He said the negotiations going on in Europe look promising but he did not say when they would be concluded. I know I have forgotten a few things but I'm sure Joe will be very happy to give us the rest of the information in a few days. He said he will give us as much information as he can before he puts the company back into a quiet period.

Best Regards
