Joe, I don't know if anyone cares, but Houlihen, etc. is a very respected investment bank. I'm pretty sure that they are based in Chicago. This fact along with the fact that they deal mostly with smaller companies (a la DCI) is why no one knows about them. I remember reading somewhere that they were among the top 5 investment banks according to number of transactions last year. Our dealing with this firm lends credibility to DCI, IMO. Grant

Joe, Excellent news. Mr. Murphy has stated this over and over for a period of time. "Crunch Time" is getting closer by the day. This is the first break I have taken in several hours. 123 new people added to my E-Mail list has been a little overwhelming. I have talked to 67 of them today so far. It is simply a matter of trust at this point in time. My investment is my trust, BTW, my apologies to all of those that had to hang on to call-waiting. I'm sure that every one of them would be glad to tell you that it was just talk about speculation on what I feel could happen and my reasons for my belief in the company. For those that still want to be added I do require a name, address and phone #. I, in turn will give you mine. I will stand by my belief that Joe's stated goal will happen. Naturally, we can't predict a certain date but I feel my time frame will come to pass. There is one person that wants this over with more than me and he happens to be an Irishman. Joe, Thanks for the update. A letter of intent on 4 companies..wow this is definitely moving a lot faster than I had ever anticipated. I look forward to hearing what Joe has to say to us when he gets back. James
